You can return the product within 7 days from the date you receive it if the return is due to a manufacturing defect. Each product can only be returned once, and refunds or cancellations are not allowed. The return policy is as follows:

  • Only products purchased at the regular price are eligible for returns.
  • The product must be in its original condition, with tags, packaging (if applicable), and the receipt included.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and free from any signs of wear.
  • Products that have already been exchanged once cannot be returned.
  • Promotional items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • The company reserves the right to deny any returns that do not comply with the above conditions.

Domestic Shipping

The company uses the parcel delivery service provided by Thailand Post for domestic shipments.

International Shipping

For international shipments, products will be sent via registered mail by Thailand Post.

Shipping Time and Order Tracking

The estimated shipping time is calculated from the date the order is confirmed and verified:

  • International shipping: Approximately 7 - 14 days.

For all purchases, customers are required to inspect the product’s quality before completing the purchase, as the company does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

For online purchases, if the received product is defective, customers must contact the admin for verification before any corrective action is taken.
